You may return new, unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery – either for a full refund or to exchange with another item. (All discounted items are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.) Items must be in original, unused condition with both the printed receipt and return authorization form when returned. In the rare occasion that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately. If the item is in original, unused condition upon receipt at Helveticahaus, we will issue your refund. Product condition and refund validity will be made at our discretion.
If you would like to return an item, please access your account at helveticahaus.com, click on the appropriate order number, and follow the on-screen directions. If you haven’t set up an account, email us at email@example.com and we’ll take care of you. We’ll notify you of your refund via email once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of providing your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you would like to exchange your item for another, just follow the same steps above. We’ll let you know when we’ve received your shipment and when the new item is on its way. You should expect to receive the new item within two weeks.
Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping items back to Helveticahaus, while international customers are financially responsible both for shipping items back to Helveticahaus and, in the case of an exchange, for shipping the new item back to their respective country.

If the return is a result of our error and if we are notified within 2 days of receipt, we will pay all return shipping costs, whether domestic or international. Helveticahaus is not responsible for items lost in transit back to our office.
