Helveticahaus can ship to nearly any address in the world. We use USPS Priority Mail or First Class to ship our domestic orders, and USPS First Class for international orders. If you don’t see your home country listed, send us an email at and we’ll see what we can do: Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom (UK).

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday–Friday (hours are 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Pacific Time), excluding United States federal holidays. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the item(s) you selected and the shipping options available. To find out exactly how much shipping is, proceed to checkout with the item(s) in your cart. The shipping cost will be displayed in the “Select Shipping Option” section of the checkout page. Please note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. (Item weights can be found on each product’s detail page.) To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.

You should receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If you haven’t received this email within 5 business days from the date your order is placed, please email us with your order number, and we’ll be happy to respond with your tracking number and shipping status.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after payment. When you can expect to receive your shipment depends on your location.We cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs; it will therefore be the customer’s responsibility to claim and recover packages from customs and pay any additional customs fees, duties, additional taxes, and any other encumbrances incurred from the shipping of imported products.
